We celebrated Children’s Day on November 14, 2024, at the Jaithau Children’s Home premises, honoring Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru’s birth anniversary. The event, themed “Listen to the Future,” aimed to highlight children’s voices, prioritize their needs, and secure their future.
Shri Gauge Kamei, Manager (D) and Depot Incharge of the Food Corporation of India, FSD Tamenglong, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The celebration featured special songs, recognition and appreciation of children, and a fun-filled entertainment session by the staff.
The event brought together children from Jaithau Children’s Home for Boys, Zauzian Children’s Home for Girls, and Macarius Home – Specialized Adoption Agency, creating a joyful atmosphere of learning, laughter, and inspiration.
