The Indigenous Women and Children Foundation (IWCF) is a nonprofit organization established on March 27, 2008, in Tamenglong, Manipur, dedicated to empowering indigenous women and children. It focuses on promoting education, health, livelihood, and human rights while preserving cultural identity and traditional values. IWCF works to ensure that indigenous communities actively participate in decision-making processes affecting their lives. The organization promotes equality, dignity, and sustainability through various awareness and development programs. Its mission is to build a just, inclusive, and self-reliant society where every woman and child can thrive.

To promote, protect, and recognize the inherent rights and dignity of indigenous peoples at all levels of society, ensuring their active participation in all aspects of life and fostering respect for human dignity and equality.
